Founder, CEO

Kate leads creative strategy and client relations at Vesper Post. She brings over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and event production, and has held posts at first-class organizations around the globe. Kate founded Vesper Post bringing her multicultural background and expertise managing clients, producing executive events, and building corporate event programs. Kate’s specialty is crafting human experiences derived from all the senses while achieving measurable goals. 

Jeffrey Berke

Executive Producer

Jeffrey designs and produces multi-disciplinary programs and events for Vesper Post that inspire people to connect. He has natural ability to build communities through immersive virtual and live events, multimedia installations, brand encounters, and epic spaces. Jeffrey is excellent at delivering impactful outcomes with emotional resonance while minimizing risk. Jeffrey brings over 25 years of experience working with notable brands like Meta, Apple, Samsung, and The Winter Olympic Games. Often working with large groups and big ideas, Jeffery’s knowledge and experience is unmatched.

Sarah Dildine

Project Manager

Sarah facilitates community outreach and business development for Vesper Post. Working in galleries and accredited contemporary and modern art museums across the nation for over 7 years, she brings an extensive background managing logistics, business administration, and educational programming. She has managed large-scale fine art installations, fellowship programs and multi-sensory events, and serves on various non-profit committees within Santa Barbara. Sarah’s diverse experience supports her goals to encourage genuine discourse, build community, and challenge the status quo.

Senior Event Manager

Teal curates thoughtful and detail-focused events for Vesper Post clients, drawing on a rich professional background spanning the Santa Barbara real estate, construction, interior design, and event industries over the past 20 years. Gained from owning a creative business for 10 years, the importance of supporting the community and cultivating trust and respect in relationships resonates deeply with Teal. Her intuitive spirit and excitement for collaboration support her desire for authenticity in connections and she exudes calm confidence in managing the logistics of events from planning to execution.
